Class Action Settlements Open for Claims in November 2026

Find Current Class Action Settlements you can still claim in November 2026. With deadlines, payouts, plus tips to file claims safely.

There are lots of “class action lawsuit” settlements happening now and some are about to stop accepting claims this month. While some payouts are small, others can be thousands of dollars. And the good news is that it usually takes just a few minutes to file a claim. Here are the settlements that are worth looking into in November 2026, organized by category. Along with the deadlines you should keep in mind.

Why November Is Such a Busy Month

Class actions are something most of us don’t really think about – we assume they happen to others. A company gets taken to court, lawyers spend years battling it out. And before you know it, an email lands in your inbox. You might even be tempted to delete it without a second thought. But the thing is, that email is often the only way you’ll ever. Find out that you’re entitled to a share of the money that’s up for grabs.

There are more than two dozen settlements that have deadlines. Coming up between early November and the end of the year. In fact, some reports show over 25 cases are set to close just this month. A few of these settlements actually closed today, November 2, and a few more are closing this week. If you’re reading this now, time is already ticking away for some of them. So it’s a good idea to check the official settlement website for any cases you think you might be eligible for. While many administrators allow online claims until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the deadline, this isn’t always the case, so don’t assume you can wait until the last minute.

How Much Can You Actually Get From a Class Action Settlement?

The amount of money you can get differs greatly. Some cases give you a fixed amount of cash. For example, the $251 you might get from the Teleflora text message settlement. Others give you a part of a bigger fund, so the amount you get depends on how many people apply. Then there are cases that pay back what you lost, up to $5,000 in some instances. And surprisingly, some small settlements give you very little money. Sometimes less than what you’d pay for a cup of coffee. But even that’s still free money for filling out a form that takes just two minutes.

So, before we dive into the details, it’s worth noting that no one can determine your eligibility from the outside. Each settlement has its own unique criteria, which can be based on things. Like specific dates, locations, or even whether you received a certain notice. Think of the information below as a guide, rather than a final decision. Ultimately, it’s the official website that will decide whether you qualify or not.

Data Breach Settlements Still Open

Data breaches happen all the time, it’s like they’re a regular part of our lives now. Every month, we hear about a new one, and November is no exception. The way they handle it is usually the same: you can either get money back for what you lost, up to a certain amount, usually around $5,000, or you can choose to get a small amount of cash without having to fill out any paperwork, and also get some free services like credit monitoring or protection for your personal info.

If you got a notice about a data breach from companies. Like the University of Hawaii, Modernizing Medicine, ConnectOnCall, or Phreesia, you might be able to get some money back. The deadline to apply for this was November 2, but it’s still worth checking if you can still submit a claim. People who did get their information stolen could get up to $5,000 to cover what they lost, or a smaller amount of money, around $50 to $75, to help make up for it. On top of that, they might also get free monitoring for one to two years to help keep their information safe.

More closures are happening soon. Schnucks and Furniture Mart USA will shut down on November 3. Autobell Car Wash will follow on November 12, and Jack’s Family Restaurants will close on November 30. There’s also a settlement on November 27 that could pay up to $2,500 for verified losses, or a cash payment based on the number of people affected, plus a year of credit monitoring. Earlier this fall, Lands’ End paid out around $60 without needing any proof, or up to $5,000 for those who could provide documentation – these amounts seem pretty standard.

A few practical notes on these cases:

  • Start by finding the notice. A lot of breach settlements will give you a special code, either in an email or a letter, which is usually called a claim ID. Make sure you have this code handy before you begin filling out the form.
  • To prove you’ve lost money, you’ll need to show some papers. This includes things like bank statements and receipts for when you froze your credit. Also, keep track of how much time you spend fixing the mess caused by fraud. It’s a good idea to keep all these things in order before you submit your claim.
  • The no-proof option is a real thing. You don’t need to have all the paperwork to get a flat payment – it’s still worth putting in a claim. The payment might be smaller, though, and if lots of people claim it, it could get even smaller.
  • Monitoring isn’t something you get paid for. You might get free credit or medical checks, but they’re only useful if you sign up for them.

So, there are times when the claims process is all done, but you still have to wait. Take the AT&T data breach settlement, for example – it’s a big deal, worth $177 million, and it’s for two incidents that happened in 2024. The window for filing claims closed in December 2025. Now, if everything goes smoothly and no one appeals, the settlement should be finalized around November 12, 2026. After that, people can expect to get paid, probably between mid-December and mid-January. But don’t take that as a definite timeline, because the officials haven’t made any announcements about the payment dates yet. If you did file a claim, just make sure your payment info is up to date with the administrator.

Privacy, Tracking and Text Message Cases

When companies get in trouble for breaches, it’s usually about what was stolen from them. But with privacy issues, it’s the opposite – it’s about what they took from us and who they shared it with. In these cases, people often get a fixed amount of money or a share of the total, and sometimes they don’t even need to show they actually bought the product.

You might want to check out the Apple Siri settlement – it’s a big deal right now. This $250 million settlement started on September 21 and will be open until December 21, 2026. What’s interesting is that you don’t need a receipt to claim it, making it one of the largest funds available without proof of purchase. If you had a device with Siri during the specified time, it’s definitely worth looking into.

CVS is settling a digital privacy issue and it’s wrapping up on November 16. The rules are pretty straightforward: each household can only make one claim, you don’t need to log in to fill out the claim form, and you have to get it in by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time. This is the kind of thing that’s easy to overlook, so make sure to mark your calendar. So, some privacy settlements only apply to certain states, which is important to note.

For Example:

For example, if you’re a California resident who booked a room or even just visited the Venetian Las Vegas website while you were in California between September 18, 2024, and March 16, 2026, you might be eligible for a piece of a $1.6 million fund. But you need to act fast, because claims for this settlement close on November 13. There’s another one – the Neutrogena Skin360 biometric privacy settlement, which has a $4.7 million fund for people who did a skin assessment using Skin360 while they were in Illinois between December 2019 and May 2023. In this case, everyone who’s eligible will get an equal share, and claims for this one close on November 25. It’s worth noting that Illinois has some really strict laws when it comes to biometric privacy, which is why we’re seeing a lot of cases like this popping up there.

Text Message and Unwanted Call Settlements: Who Can Claim?

There are cases about text messages too. Companies have to get permission before sending certain sales texts or calling numbers on the Do Not Call list, and if they don’t, they can get in trouble really quickly, especially when you’re talking about thousands of people getting these messages.

  • Teleflora had a big settlement over text messages, costing $6 million, with each person getting around $251, and they had to file by November 17.
  • At Al Piemonte Nissan, there’s a settlement that affects people who got unwanted calls. Those who are part of this group can pick either a $100 voucher or $20 in cash. You need to make your claim by December 15.
  • Coast Dental is offering a settlement for a text message case, and you need to file your claim by December 24.

The Teleflora number is really generous, but don’t take it as fact – it’s just an estimate. What you actually get paid depends on the number of valid claims that come in. And that’s usually why people are surprised when they see their check – it’s the main reason.

Fee, Pricing and Product Cases

Most people can understand this category because it’s about the money they’ve actually paid out. Things like extra fees that aren’t obvious, labels that are misleading, and products that don’t work like they’re supposed to – these are the things that often lead to consumer settlements.

Let’s talk about fees. Some places add extra charges when you’re checking out. For example, the Domino’s fee settlement is ending on November 8. There’s also the Raging Waters ticket processing fee settlement, which has a fund of $850,000, and that’s closing on November 24. Then there are Knott’s Berry Farm and California’s Great America, which have a similar case going on – if you’re eligible, you can get $8 in cash or as a Six Flags credit, and you need to claim your cash by December 22. And don’t forget about Aramark’s Capital One Arena venue fee settlement, which is closing on December 4. These aren’t going to make you rich or anything, but it’s still money you wouldn’t have otherwise, so you might as well claim it.

Dr. Squatch and Kia Settlements: Natural Label and Defect Claims You Can File Now

So there’s this settlement with Dr. Squatch. It’s a $9 million deal that’s for people who bought their soaps and other personal care products, but felt they were misled – the products were labeled as natural, but maybe not entirely. If you’re one of these buyers, you can get some money back, up to $12.50 per household. You’ll get $0.50 per product, which doesn’t sound like a lot, but it can add up if you’ve been buying their stuff for a while, like if you had a subscription box for a year or two. You have until November 27 to make a claim.

When it comes to product defect cases, the payout can be more substantial because the damage is often more significant. For instance, a settlement with Kia over faulty window regulators can pay up to $400 for repairs, depending on the vehicle’s mileage when the problem occurred. On top of that, current owners are also being offered a $40 service card that they can use at a dealership. The deadline to make a claim is November 23, so if you’ve already paid for a repair out of your own pocket, it’s a good idea to find the invoice and submit it.

There are a few unusual ones that are worth talking about too:

  • Pulsz social casino made a deal to pay out around $14 million. If you’re eligible, you can get back 27% of what you spent in Gold Coins, or choose to get 23% in real money by November 30.
  • There’s a lawsuit about Sun Pharmaceutical and Taro generic drugs, and it’s about price-fixing. If you bought certain generic prescription drugs from 2009 to 2019, you might be able to get some money back. You need to file a claim by November 9. The amount you get will depend on how much you spent. But if you live in Indiana or Ohio, you’re not part of this.
  • There’s a lot more to this story than just one case. We’re talking about a bunch of settlements related to generic drug price-fixing, which add up to around $533 million. If you’re someone who takes prescription meds regularly, it’s a good idea to check the official lists to see if your medications are on them.

The Bigger Cases in the Background

Not all big payouts require paperwork. Some are paid out right away, while others are only important to people who have invested. Then there are the ones that are still tied up in court. Even so, they make the news, so it’s good to have an idea of what’s going on with them.

Big money is found in antitrust cases. A report from the law firm Duane Morris showed that 2026 had the most billion-dollar class action settlements in US court history, with antitrust settlements reaching over $34 billion by mid-year. To put this in perspective, the top ten antitrust settlements were around $46 billion in 2025 and about $8.4 billion in 2024. These huge numbers are due to a few massive cases, not a steady increase. The numbers are all over the place, not following a predictable pattern.

People in 24 states got some relief from a big $117 million settlement about pork price-fixing. The window to make a claim closed on October 29, and now everyone’s waiting for a final decision on December 11, 2026. If you did file a claim, you’ll have to wait and see how things go at that hearing, and also if anyone decides to appeal. Usually, people who make antitrust claims have to wait the longest because these cases are complicated – there are many defendants and settlements involved.

Recent Securities Class Action Settlements: Zillow and NextEra Energy

Securities class actions are a unique breed. They typically involve individuals and institutions that purchase a company’s stock, and usually have a specific time frame and a claims process managed by lawyers. Let’s look at two recent examples to see how this works. For instance, on October 27, 2026, Zillow agreed to a settlement in its securities case, which affects anyone who bought its stock between August 5 and November 2, 2021.

However, no payments will be made just yet. The court needs to give its preliminary approval first, then those affected will be notified and have a chance to object or opt out. It’s only after a fairness hearing that the settlement will be finalized.

NextEra Energy is at an earlier stage in its own securities case. The parties have reached a tentative agreement after mediation, with a proposed fee and expense amount of $5.75 million that still needs court approval. They’re still working on the paperwork.

How to File a Claim Without Wasting Time

  • To find the real website, look for the official settlement site that’s been approved by the court. Every legit settlement has one of these sites, and it’s the only place where you should submit your claim. Try searching for the case name along with the word “settlement” and make sure the site has the court’s name, the case number, and the person in charge of it all listed.
  • Check the class details. Take a look at the dates, states, and the products or services involved. Usually, claims get rejected because of eligibility issues, not because of problems with the paperwork.
  • Get your ID and proof ready. If you receive a notice, look for the claim ID or PIN on it. You’ll need this info. For claimed losses, gather receipts and statements that show when and how much you lost. This will help with your claim.
  • You get to decide how you want your money. Some sites give you options like a check, digital payment, or a voucher. Usually, cash is the best choice, but if you were planning to shop somewhere anyway, a voucher might be a better deal.
  • Submit your claim one time and make sure to save the confirmation you get. You can snap a photo of the screen or just save the email they send to confirm things. Don’t send in your claim more than once for the same issue, because that won’t help and might even cause problems with your claim.
  • Keep an eye on the deadline, rather than just the month. When you’re filing a claim online, it typically has to be in by a certain time on the actual deadline day. If you’re mailing it, the claim usually needs to have a postmark from that same day. .

FAQs

1. How Do I Know If I Qualify?

Go to the official settlement website and look at the class definition. This is where you’ll find the dates, states, and products that determine if you’re eligible. It has all the details you need to check if you qualify.

2. So, How Can You Tell If a Settlement Site Is Fake or Not?

Legitimate websites will show you the court and case details, along with the person in charge. You won’t have to pay anything to use them.

3. Do I Need Proof to Claim?

It doesn’t always work that way. Some settlements will give you a smaller amount of money without needing any proof, but if you have receipts to show your losses, you might get more.

4. When Will I Get Paid?

You’ll get paid after the court says it’s okay and anyone who wants to appeal has had their chance. The amount you get will depend on how many people are asking for money, so it could go up or down.

Key Taking

  • There are over 25 class action settlements that have deadlines for claims in November 2026.
